This allows me to answer your questions, comments, doubts or complains regarding information on my web page, my services, my packs, how I deal with your personal details or any other issues. Spanish no panic will not send business emails unless the student/user has ticked his/her consent on the forms. Any
commercial email will be named and identified appropriately.

Spanish no panic is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy
Protection Act) and does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. This website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Spanish no panic follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
